Yeuh. Right. This Machiavellian attitude that many ‘managers’ take on, is unfortunately all too common in the corporate sector. Believe me – I have been all too privy waaay too often to this attitude from people I’ve worked with. For years I’ve wracked my brain, trying to figure how some people who won’t/can’t/don’t know how to communicate get into managerial positions??!! Like the following article says “...you won’t make progress unless you win the hearts and minds of your people. ” Make sense to you?
